Aunore serves business customers primarily in the European Union. This policy applies to the public website and initial business enquiries. A separate agreement and privacy information may apply to customer implementations.

Data we collect

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, the website prepares an email in your email application. We may receive your name, work email, company, message, and any other information you choose to include. The website does not store the form before it opens your email application.

Please do not include health, medical, underwriting, beneficiary, policyholder, or other sensitive personal data in a website enquiry.

Technical and security data

Our hosting and security services may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, and security events needed to deliver and protect the website.

Optional measurement and advertising data

If you consent and the tools are enabled, Google Analytics may collect visit, device, approximate location, and interaction data. Google Ads and Meta Pixel may collect browser identifiers, campaign attribution, page-view, and conversion information. These tools remain off until you choose the relevant category.

Your consent choice

We store your analytics and marketing choices, together with the time of the choice, in your browser. This lets the website respect your decision on later visits.

Who receives data

We share personal data only when needed with:

  • authorized Aunore personnel who handle enquiries and website operations;
  • hosting, content-delivery, security, and email service providers;
  • Google, for Google Analytics and Google Ads, only after the relevant consent and configuration;
  • Meta, for Meta Pixel, only after marketing consent and configuration;
  • professional advisers, regulators, courts, or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use website visitor data for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

International transfers

Some service providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on a valid transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary safeguards.

How long we keep data

  • Business enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, legal requirement, or claim.
  • Website security logs: normally up to 30 days, unless a security event requires longer investigation.
  • Consent choice: until you replace it, clear browser storage, or we ask again after a material change.
  • Analytics and advertising reports: normally up to 14 months in identifiable or pseudonymous form; aggregated statistics may be kept longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict, or provide a copy of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
